This Australia Day, live the high life on The Rooftop at QT. We’re turning on the heat and hosting a true blue BBQ—QT style. Chuck a snag on the barbie!
It all kicks off at midday with a sizzling spread of artisanal barbequed goods. Think Cranskie sausages topped with truffle mustard and caramelised onions on a briche roll, Lamb Cutlets char grilled over our Big Green Egg or a fresh handpicked vegetable kebab with marinated herbs and Hummus. How's that for your Straya day?
It just wouldn't be the 26th of January without washing down your tucker with a nice, cool beverage. In theme, we've got a selection of Balter’s finest tinnies on offer and other assorted beverage specials running all day (it would be rude not to).
It all kicks off at midday, with the BBQ (or, big green egg) sizzling until 4pm, first come first serve.
