Boardwalk Bites

Southgate is bringing its own version of street food to Melbourne Food & Wine Festival. As part of River Graze, Southgate’s Boardwalk Bites will see a selection of signature restaurants head outdoors and hit the promenade to showcase what’s going on inside...outside!

Each celebrating its own unique cuisine, the chefs from Bluetrain, Waterfront Southgate, Ena Greek Street Food, Damon Bradley and Pure South have been challenged by River Graze to give four of their signature dishes a fun street food twist, following some simple rules—the bites must be:

- In a bun
- In a box
- In a cone
- On a stick
