To pay homage to Head Chef Fabio Castello’s Brazilian/Italian heritage and to celebrate the Spring Racing Carnival, Massi will be putting on a Brazilian Samba—a Brazilian party on Melbourne Cup Eve.
A four-course Brazilian influenced menu will be available for guests, offering a shared starter, two individual courses and a shared dessert with drinks - think Brazilian cocktails and matched wine.
Guests can opt to order from the a la carte menu should they prefer and bookings are available throughout the evening.
