Building on the success of the first Briz Chilli Fest in 2018, Brisbane's one and only and best Chilli Festival will take place on Sunday 9th June at Waterfront Park, Newstead, kicking off at 11am and finishing at sunset 6pm.

Hellfire Alley hosts a range of different chilli product makers—everything from sauces, dips, rubs, honey, chutneys and more, plus seedlings to nurture at home. The big-hearted fellows from the Ipswich Brisbane Viking Breed Motorcycle Club will again lend a hand to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis Queensland, including auctioning off a number of pillion rides so you can be a viking for a day!

Six chilli-food-eating competitions will keep centre stage heated up. Great live entertainment from the Philip John Trio, and an amazing display of talent from Sean Mullen as he previews his Satriani Tribute Show. Not to be missed! Join in the free workshops throughout the day.
