After two sold out events, Argyle Smokehouse & Butchery has announced the return of Burger & Lobster Party, an exclusive evening of fine food, drinks and live music at the Argyle’s premier Sydney location in The Cannery Rosebery.
The evening’s plate de jour is the choice of the dry aged burger of rump, brisket, and chuck (expertly aged for 30 days) with bacon and sharp cheddar, or a char-grilled Moreton Bay Bug or Bug Brioche Roll coated in a fresh herb butter. Both options include a specially paired Frenchie’s Brewery craft beer.
Your favourite tipple is guaranteed to be on tap with the option of BYOB for $4.50 per person. Throughout the evening, a live band and DJ will provide a festive musical backdrop.
