Casey Choir's 21st: Celebration In Song Concert

Casey Choir has a fabulous concert waiting for you. The best from our 21 years. The choir continues to grow and now has more than 55 members and most will be performing at this concert. The program includes popular music, music theatre, a little classical and world music. Some uplifting, some sad, some foreign language.

Three- & four-part harmonies in a choir of this size gives a wonderful sound. This is a concert you will not want to miss. Our guest will be the senior choir from St. Margaret’s School. Also joining us will be some former choir members. For our combined finale we hope to have approx. 100 singers together on stage.

A little taste of what is on the program:
Current popular favourite Bohemian Rhapsody. It also includes Rhythm of Life from Sweet Charity, Wishing You Were Here Again from Phantom of the Opera, Prayer of the Children, Yo Le Canto Todo El Dia in Spanish, Cantique de Jean Racine in French, Danny Boy, Bridge over Troubled Water, Lascia Ch'io Pianga and many more of your favourites. A highlight of our program is a brand-new piece written for our celebrations by local [Pakenham] composer Saska Ayris, titled Together. This is just a taste of what you will hear at our 21st celebration.
