Christine Anu: In Conversation & Song

Australia’s most iconic female Indigenous entertainer, Christine Anu, is coming to Newcastle for a one-night only performance on July 20. 

The multi Aria nominee and recipient will perform a selection of songs from her acclaimed music career and from the Torres Straight Islands when she takes to the stage at Lizotte’s for her most intimate show to-date, In Conversation and Song.

She will also share personal anecdotes, as well as talk about her advocacy work for diversity and inclusion, and the importance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander language in Australian culture.
