Mario Cali, former Restaurant Marca, Albion and Dolci Sapori Clayfield owner/chef has been asked to get behind the pans again to cook up a storm as guest chef for a night of delicious food, matching Italian wines and live music.

Hosted by Min & Co at their Woolloongabba premises, partnering with Italiquore Brands for some great Italian drops, and with Mario at the kitchen helm with an alternate drop menu designed to take your tastebuds on a mediterranean holiday, this date is worth putting in the calendar.
