Join us on our stopover at the Mediterranean for a delicious day of vego/vegan cooking and tastings! Gluten-free options available too.

Our highly skilled and much sort after ASMY chefs are bringing you a heap of tasty, easy to make nourishing and healthy wholefood meals that will be festively Mediterranean—just in time to prepare you with something to bring for all our Christmas and New Years get-togethers! Plus learn their many secrets and tips in creating with love all the food that we enjoy week in and week out at our programs!

Suitable for both experienced cooks who are on the lookout for different ideas and techniques, as well as “I have never cooked a vegetable in my life” newbies, this day will have something for everyone.

We know that introducing new foods, cuisines and cooking techniques into your diet can sometimes be overwhelming, so we will be guiding you through everything step by step. Recipes and instructions will be given so you have an awesome launchpad for your new vego/vegan cooking around the world adventures.

Being a yoga lifestyle studio, we’ll be giving you a taste of what we have to offer in the relaxation and meditation department too! Breath work, guided meditation and kirtan...after all, all these things are good for our bellies too.

Includes: fresh food ideas and cooking tips, the opportunity to taste everything you make and a comprehensive set of recipes.
