Regatta and Five Way Cellars are excited to welcome legendary Winemaker, Patrick Carmody, from Craiglee Winery, for a one-off wine dinner at Regatta.

Join Pat on a culinary journey with 9 wines & 3 courses, paired expertly by Regatta's executive chef, Logan Campbell. With each course you will be invited to compare a number of vintages from the Craiglee range to see how it affects the taste of each paired dish.

First Course:
Steamed half shell scallops, toasted garlic, ginger, ponzu, shallots, sesame
Paired with 2017 Craiglee Chardonnay & 2009 Craiglee Chardonnay

Second Course:
Braised beef cheek, roasted Portobello mushroom, pickled radicchio
Paired with 2016 Craiglee Cabernet Sauvignon, 2015 Craiglee LTV Shiraz/Viognier & 2010 Craiglee LTV Shiraz/Viognier

Venison wellington, warrigal greens, fried kipfler potato, pedro ximenez jus
