Evocative music for flute with some electronics features in the Music on a Market Sunday Concert. Sharon Davidge will be performing music by Robert Burrell, Keyna Wilkins, and Saverio Mercadante in a fascinating program entitled Dancing with Birds and Stars that explores the full gamut of the flutes tonal expressiveness.

Sharon Davidge is a distinguished Armidale teacher and performer who enjoys exploring some of the lesser known by-ways of the flute repertoire. This is a great opportunity to discover just what is possible on a flute and how it can be one of the most evocative and flexible of all instruments.

Admission to the concert is free, though donations are encouraged. Tea and sausages will be available at the Uniting Church before the concert.
