Django Girls: Coding Workshop

Would you like to learn about how to build websites, but don’t know where to start? Learning how to code can seem like an impossible task so we’ve decided to put on a workshop to show female programming-beginners how it can be done, and get them excited about the world of technology.

Django Girls Brisbane is a crash course that is aimed at complete beginners. You don’t need to know anything about programming, we just expect you to bring your own laptop, to be able to commit the evening of Friday 12th July and all-day Saturday 13th July and to have a sufficient understanding of English so you’re able to follow our English tutorial.

The event is free but we only have limit places so you will need to fill in an application at Django Girls Brisbane website.

Application will open on the 1st of June. The event will be at the Advance Engineering Building.
