In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything.

Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.

Breaking Bad Habits, August 14, 21, 28. Learn to let go of the negative, limiting thought patterns that underlie our bad habits, and enjoy the peace of true contentment.

The Power to Be Happy, September 4, 11, 18. Give yourself the power to be happy in 2019. Learn methods for awakening your potential, overcome relationship problems and experience a joyful life.

The Healing Power of Meditation, October 9, 16, 23, 30, November 6. Understand how to use challenges to develop inner strength and resilience. Heal your body and mind, and find peace through the practice of mindfulness.

A Life Without Stress, November 13, 20, 27, December 4, 11.

Taught by Buddhist Nun Kelsang Luma. No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome.
