El Duende

El Duende bring their wonderful songs and great brass section to the Blue Mountains for the first time in a few years. For those who don't know us we are veterans of the Sydney music scene and some of us live in the mountains now. Our sound draws from the Saints, Go-betweens and Hunters and Collectors. Our recent album Making Storms was named Album of the week on 2SER and singer songwriter Daniel Morphett has had his songs covered by Mick Harvey from Bad Seeds and James Cruickshank from Cruel Sea. He was also described by James C as "Australia's best undiscovered songwriter"

We will be joined by special guests Martijn Hadders and Chris Gillespie, who will be playing some Beatles songs.
