These are external problems that reflect our collective inner states. We do have tools to deal with these situations—to live with a Joyous and Clear mind will definitely help. We can experience contentment and through being content interactions with others will create a feeling of warmth, closeness—happiness.

We can change our life. We can help change others. It all starts with inner reflection and contemplation, with a clear mind. This course will clearly demonstrate the methods we can use to promote Joyous and Clear states of mind.

They aren't religious, they aren't going to take up all our time, we won't have to withdraw from our responsibilities in life—but they will make us and others Happy and will bring solutions to these problems our world faces.

Ven. Tsultrim is a counsellor with a Masters of International Studies in Peace and Conflict Resolution. She has worked extensively with people at risk of suicide and their family and friends over many years. Tsultrim has spent time in the last few years in retreat in India and Nepal. She has great confidence that by cultivating our kindness, compassion and wisdom we can develop resilience, strength and courage that will help us in our daily lives.
