Family Fun Day

St. Kieran’s Family Fun Day offers a showcase of the spirit of St. Kieran’s including year level dances, musical, band and choral performances. Family’s donate tombola, chocolate wheel and knockem’s prizes that create stalls for our special day. A wider side show alley + ride passes is a favourite experience at the Family Fun Day.

Even our teachers enter a “bake off”. All baked entries form the delicious morning tea stall. Not to mention our very own teachers brave the “Dunk the Teacher” stall every year. Wearing wet suits through to shower caps, our teachers take a hit for the team and for a very good fundraising cause!
Our Tuck Shop Convener and volunteers make yummy cakes and slices that make up the lion share of the very popular cake stall sale items.

Our Gardening Club gets busy early in the year planting seedlings and looking after garden clippings, herbs and succulents grown in our school gardens and donated plants from our school community and wider catholic parish community for our plant stall.

The Family Fun Day also attracts community group presentations and information stalls, a farm petting zoo, international food and beverage trucks and donations for our very popular trash n treasure that spans 2 tennis courts! Our Art Union Raffle and Cent Auction attract amazing major prizes each year from our sponsors, and local businesses.
