Father's Day Service

Father’s Day, Sunday, 1st September, Australians will come together to celebrate marvellous dads. Le Pine Funerals will help the families of Healesville, Lilydale, Croydon, and the surrounding areas who have lost paternal figures honour and connect with loved ones through a dedicated memorial service.

Guests are invited to bring a memento of those they will remembering. Each memento will be placed on display during the service. Those in attendance are also encouraged to provide a photo, for inclusion in a special visual.

Ian DeBlaquiere, Location Manager at Croydon says, “In our role of carers of the Healesville, Lilydale, Croydon, and the surrounding areas, we think it’s important that everyone has a place to remember the amazing dads who are no longer with us in body, but are ever-present in spirit and memory, and very much loved and missed by those who are here to remember them.”

The memorial service was by the Le Pine team help people celebrate the lives of their fathers and grandfathers, while providing an opportunity to connect with other who are also going through a similar experience. Held in collaboration with Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust, the event will also include light refreshments.

“In today’s society where we all lead busy lives, we hope to provide a time of joy for our of Healesville, Lilydale, Croydon neighbours, and a place where families can unite to reminisce on the good times,” concludes Ian.
