Set under the subtle warmth of the North Queensland winter sunlight, festival favourite the—G&S Engineering Wine and Food Day—returns in 2019 to fill Queens Park with the ambience of live music, the aroma of foodie delights and the sense of community fun in the sun. This event brings together an array of restaurants, cafes, festival food vans and stalls coupled with community bars for your feasting pleasure.

Stroll through a range of art and craft stalls, make a pit stop in the Kidzone to explore Tepee Territory or browse through the abundance of local produce direct from the region in the Greater Whitsundays Farmers’ Market. Nestle into your favourite patch of grass or wander between the BB Print Main Stage and Grassroots Stage to enjoy the vast variety of live entertainment, including 18 different local and interstate artists.

The BB Print Main Stage is set to flaunt the talents of local and interstate artists like nobody’s business. You’re going to want to pick your spot early and settle in for a day of international chart toppers and local talent.

Set under the shade in the front of Queens Park, the Kidzone for 2019 features Tepee Territory—a fenced village where children can explore their adventurous spirit. Join in the fun at the ultimate free kidzone, featuring themed tepee tents and games. Kids can let their imaginations run wild, while parents relax in the shade and enjoy the day. For the older kids looking for a little more adrenalin, wander across to the pay-as-you-go amusements!

Experience regional flavours with local farmers at the Greater Whitsunday Farmers’ Showcase. Visitors will be given the opportunity to buy direct from local farmers, along with a range of artisan makers and bakers creating gourmet lines from the best of our regions’ produce.
