Diesel is excited to launch a new CBD destination for after work drinks & gatherings!

After work drinks just got a whole lot better in Melbourne’s CBD as we launch G&T Thursdays. Enjoy a selection of Gins served with the world’s best mixers from Fever Tree and our very own garnish station to create the perfect drink. Don’t miss our Happy Hour from 4 to 7pm, we will be handing out buy one get one free G&T cards.

What’s better than one gin? Two!

Our kitchen will also be serving up some mouth-watering gin infused dishes, including ‘Four Pillars’ cured snapper tostada with avocado and coriander, freshly shucked coffin bay oysters with cucumber and ‘Bombay Sapphire’ granita and ‘Hendricks Gin’ popcorn!
