Il Finale Truffle Dinner

Guests will experience the pop-up truffle farm at Mister Bianco, along with a five-course truffle oriented degustation menu with matching wines, while being serenaded by an opera singer. 

Owner Joseph Vargetto has partnered with The Truffle Queen, Rachel Truscott, to bring the country to metro Melbourne and with it the very best truffles. The ‘Green House’ dining room will be transformed to a truffle farm with soil, trees and a truffle hunt. Guests will be able to meet a truffle farmer and their dog to learn about the growing and hunting process before they watch the truffle dog find a truffle. All in the comfort of the restaurant.
