Immersive Tokyo - Inspired Laneway Experience

This September, Paddington's William Street is set to transform into the Golden Gai Bar District to celebrate the arrival of KOYOMI™.

Immerse yourself in the cool, new world of Japan, with three Tokyo-inspired guided tasting pop-ups coming to Sydney to launch KOYOMI™ HIGHBALL, a bespoke drink featuring the Japanese spirit Shochu, created especially for Australia.

Inspired by the intimate mini bars of Tokyo, each pop-up will accommodate ten guests at a time, creating a truly unique tasting journey, in a setting designed to transport you and awaken the imagination.

The venues will represent a different KOYOMI™ HIGHBALL flavour, and the sensory food and drink pairings will bring to life the ethereal escapism that the Japanese culture is known for.

As you move through the experience, you’ll enjoy an immersion into the eclectic world of the random, juxtaposed and surreal creations that Japan and KOYOMI™ celebrate.
