Indigo At the Jade

Indigo presents an intimate concert of songs for voice and piano, covering a selection of beautiful well-known and unknown jazz, blues, rock and folk tunes in their unique acoustic style, interspersed with sprinklings of improvisation.

Multi-instrumentalist, singer and sound engineer India Hooi (Adelaide) and pianist, composer and producer Hugo Selles (Spain) formed Indigo in 2015 during their postgraduate studies at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen. Their wide-ranging musical abilities have delighted audiences in Australia and Spain, from a musical comedy show at the 2018 Adelaide Fringe to classical four-hand piano pieces and jazz improvisations.
