Join Vivienne Hansen for an enthralling introduction to bush medicine and bush medicine plants. You will learn about key local plants and their healing properties and enjoy a demonstration of Viv making some of her favourite products.

About Vivienne Hansen
Vivienne Hansen is a published author. She is a Balladong Wadjuk Yorga woman from the Bibbulman Nation. She learnt about traditional medicine as a child from her grandfather, elder aunts, uncles and cousins.

Later, Vivienne completed the Certificate IV in Bush and Western Herbal Medicine. She became the first Indigenous member of the National Herbalist Association of Australia, and she was a presenter at the 7th International Conference on Herbal Medicine in 2010.

Vivienne is a speaker in demand and has conducted bush medicine workshops around Australia. Her book titled "Noongar Bush Medicine: Medicinal Plants of the South-West of Western Australia" is available through UWA Publishing.
