Jane Rutter – Instrument Masterclass

Jane Rutter's 'Instrument' Masterclass is suitable for all musicians of all instruments, not just flute. Participants need to bring in their instruments plus a scale/study/tone book if they have them. Recommended age is 14 years and over. There is the opportunity for 4–6 soloist students to attend who need to advise their level of expertise and prepare a solo piece.

In the Masterclass Jane will spend 20 mins-1/2 hour on fun warm-ups and practice techniques with all students, then 10–15 minutes on each of the 4-6 solo students playing to the class (under Jane's tutelage).

Observers are welcome to attend for free, but must book an observer place. All masterclass participants will be eligible for one ticket to the 'Matinee Idols, Evening Stars' performance on Saturday 26 October at 2:00 pm at the reduced price of $17.
