Junior Ranger Fossil Finders

These school holidays, fun and adventure await at Walkabout Creek Discovery Centre!

Do you love dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures? Join a Park Ranger and come face-to-face with a living dinosaur! Find out what’s hiding under the sand as you dig for fossils and finish the morning by making your own fossil to take home.

Please note the following requirements:
- Participants must have suitable clothing including a hat, comfortable fitting clothing and enclosed footwear.
- Participants are required to provide their own food and drink. Due to the field-based nature of the activity, there is no access to the Walkabout Creek Café. Snack items can be purchased from the Café prior to commencement of the activity.
- Age restrictions apply to all activities. Participants attending the 'Fossil Finders' activity must be between 5 and 7 years of age.
