Make a difference this World Oceans Day!

Examine what litter ends up on our beaches and in our oceans and contribute data to a global citizen science project. Discover the impact marine debris has on marine life.

Join Parks Victoria Rangers in a beach litter collection and educational activity day. We will begin at the Port Campbell Foreshore where we will clean up the beach and get stuck into some fun educational activities. We will then meet up again at Bay of Martyrs and/or Worm Bay for more beach litter collection for anyone who would like to continue on. The finish time is flexible depending on the activities and how long people wish to stay.

Please meet at the Port Campbell Foreshore outside the Surf Life Saving Club. This activity is suitable for children aged 6–12, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Sturdy footwear (no thongs or barefeet!), drinking water, hat, sunscreen and appropriate clothing are essential. Please bring gardening gloves or tongs for litter pick up.

Activities may be rescheduled, changed or cancelled due to adverse weather or for emergency response. Toilets, drinking water and shops close by in Port Campbell.
