Kelana

Kelana, originally from Sumatra, Indonesia, spent several years playing clubs with a band around Bali before his arrival in Australia, 15 years ago. Upon his arrival, after spending two years in Perth, moved to Rye on the Mornington Peninsula and found his home away from home, welcomed with open arms into the music scene.

Finding influences from 1970s and 1990s rock, Kelana has a grungy voice that can be soft and sweet and then blow you away with a Steven Tyler scream. Kelana plays covers from some of his main influences and has a wide catalogue of impressive originals. His ability to interact and captivate audiences is a pleasure to watch.

Doors open 10am–5pm, lunch 12–3, bookings strongly recommended.
