An anti-Valentine’s experience is coming, as The Kraken Black Spiced Rum presents a 3-course offal culinary experience like no other: Eat Your Heart Out. The Kraken Black Spiced Rum is transforming iconic Australian restaurant Rocker into a loveless void with a sceptical take on the Hallmark holiday, that is not to be missed.

Foodies and lovers alike can delight their senses with a menu developed by head chef Stuart Toon, and celebrity chef and restaurateur Darren Robertson (Co-owner of Three Blue Ducks, Rocker & Locura Byron Bay and formerly head chef of Tetsuya), one of Australia’s leading offal masterminds. The deliciously dark event will include a mouth-watering meal of nose-to-tail delicacies and exclusive cocktails, with unexpected surprises along the way. With everything on offer from liver and kidney, to tongue and—of course—heart.

This evening is not for those wishing to whisper sweet nothings into their partners ears, with an immersive anti-Valentine’s experience from start to finish. More than your regular candlelit dinner, Kraken Eat Your Heart Out will leave you awestruck with visual displays of the Kraken’s love story and a larger-than-life icy cold sculpture of the Kraken’s heart. There will also be an exclusive collection of four new cocktails showcased on the night that will pair with the meal.

What’s on the Rocker menu?
- Tasting plates of tongue and onions, paired with liver and hearts brioche and infused with rum
- Small: pigs head salted blood plum
- Main: whole cow stew
- Sides: pickled red cabbage, and smoked potato bone marrow, capers
- Desert: treacle spiced rum tart
