Laboratorio Del Prosecco

Mister Bianco will be celebrating Melbourne Cup Eve with a Prosecco party.

To celebrate the race that stops a nation and Chef Andrea Rigodanza’s Veneto heritage, Mister Bianco will be putting on a Laboratorio Del Prosecco.

Guests can choose to join in an opt for the special four course Veneto influenced menu, with a shared starter, two individual courses and a shared dessert, accompanied by a flight of Prosecco.

Bookings throughout the evening will be available and guests will also be able to order from the a la carte menu if they prefer.
