"Leave Your Hat On" is an all-star 12-piece big band who pay respect to that reggae-loving working-class soul man Mr Joe Cocker. The "Leave Your Hat On" show features the charismatic Rick Evans out front, backed up by a red-hot band made up of some of Australia’s finest musicians:
