Lenny and the Ants Reading

Discover a whole new way to think about food through a reading of Lenny and the Ants developed for Oz Harvest, the food waste fighters. An OzHarvest food-waste fighter will share the fun and heart-warming tale for all ages of Lenny the Roo and his journey of discovery with a distinctly Australian flavour! Don’t miss the great tips for creatively preventing food waste and some fabulous recipes.

After the reading, pop next door to Annie’s Room to make your own Fruity Face Food Fighter and make your food waste fighter pledge. This is a drop-in session where you can make a portrait using fruit and vegetable stamping while talking about food waste.

Readings every half-hour between 10am to 2pm. This is a drop-in session, no booking required. Parents/ Carers must remain with children during the reading.
