Life Song – Tracy L Spalding Solo Exhibition

This exhibition celebrates the artistic practice of prominent local artist Tracy L Spalding. “Life Song” presents a series of new abstract paintings showcasing Spalding’s resonating response to the mystery and beauty of nature.

Through bright colour and expressive mark making Spalding explores “intense relationship theory between colours and music” that Wassily Kandinsky first proposed. Her spontaneous abstract paintings are bold, expectant, painterly and acknowledge her feelings, faith and life experiences living in Australia.
