From mental health and money worries to concerns about climate change, many people in Perth are being affected by increased stress and health challenges which are reducing their quality of lifestyle. The Expo is an Eco-Friendly event. Visitors can take the Train to the Showgrounds Station and ride a Peddle Rickshaw to the Silver Jubilee Pavilion.

Now in its 3rd year of operation, the founder, Patricia Hamilton says that this is the only event in WA which showcases suppliers and providers of services who live here in WA, are ethical and are dedicated to creating a healthier and more earth-friendly and harmonious way of living. In a friendly and relaxed environment visitors can meet and consult with local consultants, practitioners and authors in confidence and confidentiality.

Visitors can attend over 45 talks and workshops on health, personal growth and sustainable living. Popular topics include plant-based nutrition, reinventing career and relationships, clearing limitations to success, de-cluttering, recovering from cancer, affordable housing and backyard beekeeping. Just a few of the health issues to be covered include stress-related diseases, gut health, obesity, allergies, Thyroid disease, food sensitivities, the effects of 5G and WIFI and the ingredients in vaccinations that affect children’s health. New information about the effectiveness and availability of medical cannabis to treat painful conditions such as arthritis will be on the program as well as a new Red Light Therapy invention which is proving effective in healing injuries and relieving pain.

For visitors who are looking for relaxation and healing, there are experiential workshops on Kundalini Yoga, Sound Healing and Heart Activation Music as well as an inspirational art therapy workshop to create your personal Guardian Spirit Figure.

Over 65 exhibitors will be showcasing and selling their products and demonstrating their services in the Expo. The range of products and services on show include organic skincare, eco solutions for plastic waste and alternative packaging, essential oils, herbal medicines and supplements; sustainable fashion, electric bicycles and bikes, Tiny Homes, organic wine, vegan, gluten free food and weight loss programs.

Families are encouraged to participate and there is a dedicated Kids corner providing art and craft activities, storytelling, face painting and balloon making with Conny the Clown who puts on her special Magic Show at lunchtime. There is a special performance by the Keppler children’s Trio of Peli the Pelican. The book by local author, Kez Wickham St George has recently been received and read by the Royal Family. Kids will enjoy playing the virtual reality game and be able to meet the mother and baby camel who provide the Good Earth Dairy’s nutritious camel milk.
