Mass Meditation & Tea Meditation – BBMF 2019

Take part in the "Mass Meditation" guided by our Venerables from the Fo Guang Shan Monastery or experience "Tea Meditation" mindfully poured by our tea masters. The practice of meditation provides an opportunity to learn to live in the present moment and experience the joy in life. Previous Mass Meditation and Tea Meditation sessions were very successful, with over 300 participants joining us for the event.
