Meditation Circle
We come together for a meditation circle that is relaxing, soothing and helps with the mental faculties after a busy and intense week. The Meditation Circle helps with maintaining a healthy mind & emotional faculty so that we are overwhelmed with the experiences of struggles, stress, sadness, frustration, worry, a busy mind or anything else that life throws at you.

Steven North from Star Point 9 will host the meditation circle with the Heart Activation Music, a light in sound technology invented for the betterment of our overall lives. This is a group session and is not the same as the "Healing & Meditation Circle". The Healing & Meditation Circle is focused on the individual and limited to 6 participants only whereas this is a group meditation session.

Ice-Cream & Coffee
After the meditation session, we then visit Gelare for a spot of ice-cream and tea/coffee and social conversations. It is a great way to relax and enjoy the night.
