Are you a foodie? Do you love wine? Do you enjoy a fun night out with friends? Why not join us for a delicious 5-course Middle Eastern Wine Dinner with paired wines to match at Everglades Country Club, Dunban Road Woy Woy. 6:00pm arrival for a 6:30pm start.

Our chefs have given us the menu they have created - and it sounds amazing!

5 Course Middle Eastern themed menu including wines to match each course.
Course 1: Man’oushe Flatbread topped with za’atar, served with a spiced yoghurt
Course 2: Dukkah Crusted Chicken served with Chickpea & pomegranate tabbouleh
Course 3: Chemoula Spiced Barramundi served on a Wild rice, quinoa & heirloom tomato salad
Course 4: Lamb Tagine served with Warm couscous & roasted vegetables
Course 5: Honey Labneh & pistachio tart

All courses are paired with a selection of wines from various regions of Australia. Tickets can be booked at Everglades Country Club Reception on 4341 1866. Payment must be made at time of booking.
