Little and big Monster Jam fans will be able to get up close and personal with Megalodon*. Weighing in at a whopping 5,444 kilograms, mega Megalodon is a custom 3D shark body Monster Jam Truck which stretches over six metres long, reaches heights of four metres and is over three and a half metres wide. The shark’s tyres also have some bite, measuring 167cm in diameter, 109cm wide and weighing an impressive 300kg each.

Guzzling 11 litres of fuel every minute and boasting 1,500 horsepower, allows Megalodon to launch up to an impressive nine metres into the air and travel nearly 40 metres. However, while on display in Melbourne Megalodon will remain on terra firma allowing Monster Jam enthusiasts the rare opportunity to take selfies as well as replicate their very own Monster Jam event in the dedicated dirt pit. The dirt pit will be jam-packed with 138 replica Monster Jam Truck toys plus specially engineered Monster Dirt, which feels and looks just like real dirt without the messy clean up. With over 135kg of Monster Dirt, little Monsters can mold ramps, build barricades and arenas, crash through obstacles and get totally lost in the sensory feel of Monster Dirt.
