Mums Raising Boys – Under 12 Years of Age

Boys typically go through three broad stages of development and each stage has unique joys and challenges for mums. As your son’s primary female role model, you play a vital part in developing his identity, including his ability to be nurturing. This session shows you how to develop a strong and healthy relationship with your son.

This interactive workshop will explore:
- the stages of boyhood and how to guide him through each stage
- assisting your son to learn and practice how to be in the world
- the unique bond you have with your son and how to strengthen it
- boy's vulnerability and their need for emotional connection
- boy's need for clear boundaries and fair rules
- instilling values in boys in order to grow into good men
