Rupert Guenther’s meditation concerts are a mystical, timeless and healing journey of classical, ancient, and world-music influences.
His music brings the sounds from all over the world, in an atmospheric voyage through the silk road of the east, ancient temples, bamboo forests, and mountaintop wildernesses, in an uplifting and positive meditative experience for audiences of all ages.
His diversity of style has seen him tour Australia, the UK, USA and Europe including Tate Britain (London), The Guildhall Festival (London), Melbourne International Festival, and Bombora House, New York (USA). He has released 27 albums as an original solo artist since 2003 including five CDs recorded for ABC Classic FM.
Trained as a concert violinist in Vienna, Austria, his deep spirituality has fueled his musical passions since a young age. His versatility has seen him work as sideman to the stars with Beatles’ producer Sir George Martin, Olivia-Newton John, Demis Roussos, John Farnham and Hollywood singer-songwriter Lisbeth Scott.
The Music Meditation Concert will be held at a beautiful meditation and yoga studio called Trans Genesis School of Yoga and Meditation in Clarkson.
