This interactive parenting seminar is a chance for parents and educators to explore how we can best support both ourselves and our children when they are experiencing big emotions. In particular, we will delve into the neuroscience of emotional regulation and the steps we can take to guide children back into a place of calm. I have been working with families for many years and my aim is to always honour parents as the expert regarding their own children and what is best for them in any moment and that the evening outlines helpful skills for everyone to take home and work with in their own way.
