Ora King Tyee Ocean Run Dinner

Ora King Salmon have harvested their first ever Ocean raised tyee salmon.

This incredibly rare fish comes in over a whopping 13.6kg because, for reasons unknown, these Salmon continue to grow past the normal life-cycle. Join us to indulge in this magnificent piece of fish as Executive Chef Chris Bonello fillets every last part of the tyee and cooks a 4-course dinner, showcasing the many ways of serving salmon.

1st Course:

2nd Course:
Beetroot Marinated Tyee Salmon Steak, Horseradish, Tarragon Gremolata
