Singer-songwriter Perry Keyes is returning to Camelot Lounge due to unprecedented demand!

Following three sold out shows in 2018, Perry Keyes and his band return to the Camelot Lounge for 2019 to perform back to back shows. These are the last Sydney shows before Keyes takes an extended break to record the follow up to his 2018 album ‘Jim Salmon’s Lament’.

Whether it’s the ‘love among the ruins’ approach of his first album, Meter (2005); the portrayal of the disappearing inner-city working class community on The Last Ghost Train Home (2007); the songs of volatile adolescence on Johnny Ray’s Downtown (2010); or characters coming to terms with the geographic dislocation and subsequent social exclusion of Sunnyholt (2015), Keyes’ song-writing maintains a capacity for cinematic sweep whilst at the same time exhibiting intimate and detailed storytelling.

It’s a rare chance to witness Perry and his band presenting his compelling songs and stories from the heart of the inner-city.
