Planted, Plucked and Pickled

Join Stan Kailis, co-author of Producing Table Olives, for his workshop Planted, Plucked and Pickled to widen your knowledge of olives as part of the Perth Greek Festival 2019. Stan will take you on a journey from planting and caring for your olive tree, to harvesting and processing your olives to share with family and friends. This is for those who have that olive tree in the backyard and don’t know what to do with it!
