Pop-Up Truffle Farm

Mark your diaries as you will not want to miss this…Mister Bianco restaurant in Kew will be celebrating the end of truffle season by giving diners the opportunity to experience a truffle farm—in the restaurant!

Owner Joseph Vargetto has partnered with The Truffle Queen, Rachel Truscott, to bring the country to metro Melbourne and with it the very best truffles. The ‘Green House’ dining room will be transformed to a truffle farm with soil, trees and a truffle hunt. Guests will be able to meet a truffle farmer and their dog to learn about the growing and hunting process before watching the truffle dog find a truffle. All in the comfort of the restaurant.

Guests will be able to take part in this experience between 7 and 9pm each day. You will also have the opportunity to buy the truffle the dog finds for them if they desire. There are also special events through the week so visit Mister Bianco website for more information.
