Positive Ageing Journey Event & Expo

The Positive Ageing Event is designed to bring together a selection of guest speakers and exhibitors who focus on the things baby boomers and beyond can do to create happiness, engagement and well-being to get the most out of their everyday life in their senior years.

Guest speakers this year will include world renowned Research Professor Roly Sussex who will be educating the audience on how learning a language in later life can push back on the ageing process, plus chef and food ambassador Alastair McLeod conducting a food prep session on how to cook and eat well to stay happy and healthy as we age.

There will also be a session on security for Seniors presented by the Queensland Police and a 'Brain Health' seminar and how seniors can push back against age related diseases with health and exercise. The Positive Ageing Journey is all about providing facts and practical ideas that attendees can take away with them to get the most out of their senior years. People who attend should expect an educational and entertaining day and to come away with helpful information and some great tips and ideas on staying happy and healthy in their semi-retirement and beyond.
