Don and the Mobsters come out swinging hard with the first track from their upcoming album, Pure Sin.

The four-piece Blues Rock outfit have been swinging their dicks around the Brisbane music scene for many a year now. They’ve dipped their toe into the proverbial water, releasing two singles last year and gaining #9 on the Triple Z Hot 100 for their track Fandom.

2019 has found them sequestered in the studio working on their debut album under the guidance of producer and compadre Byron Short of the Sunset Junkies.

Pure Sin is the first little taste and typifies the "more is more" aesthetic they’ve taken from their live shows into the studio. This gritty Hard Rock track dials in layers of distorted guitars, Don’s signature sultry vocals and drum fills that will keep you up at night wondering how the hell they did that.

Pure Sin will be out on all streaming platforms on the 9th December, with a big old launch party happening at their favourite dive bar.
