Supporting those living with dementia, their carers and families as it has affected my family personally. My late grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer disease (form of dementia) in 2007, and my grandfather was diagnosed with dementia in 2016. It has been a difficult journey for my family not only to watch them suffer, but the emotional stress it has put us through. We want to make a difference and support all in need.
