Join us for two gentle and nurturing yoga workshops, Relax & Restore. These workshops will run for two consecutive Monday evenings. Tickets are limited so get in quick.
Relax - Monday 11th March
Restore - Monday 18th March
Relax Workshop - Your mind will answer most questions when you relax and wait for the answer
In this workshop we will use pranayama (breathwork) and restorative asana (poses) that encourage relaxation and stillness.
Restore Workshop - Restore yourself and you restore a beautiful little piece of the world
In this workshop we will use restorative asana (poses) and dhyana (meditation) to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul.
Suitable for all levels of yoga experience and all bodies. Mats and props provided. Small classes.
What to bring:
- Bring yourself
- Wear something comfortable and easy to move in
- You are welcome to bring your own mat if you have one but mats are provided
- Bring a bottle of water and a towel
- If you have any existing health conditions or injuries, please consult with your GP/physiotherapist and get medical approval before partaking this course.
- Lastly bring an open mind, an open heart & a smile
