Road to Ska Nation

The first Ska Nation event was held at Melbourne’s CBD night club in 2008 and after 5 events, featuring some of the world’s finest Ska, reggae and punk bands including Streetlight Manifesto, The Toasters, Area 7, Melbourne Ska Orchestra, Planet Smashers, The Resignators and many more, Ska Nation was put on ice but returns in 2019 bigger and better than ever! In 2019, we wanted to include as many cities as we can to share in the Ska Nation festivities! Adelaide, this is your chance!

Join Australia’s favorite Ska pranksters, The Resignators, fresh from their successful appearance at Queensland’s Woodford Folk Festival along with the return of Mexico’s kings of the skank, Los Kung Fu Monkeys, direct from 2018 tours with The Mighty Mighty Bosstones and The Offspring and Montreal’s favorite dirty reggae band, The Beatdown for a fantastic night of skanking.

Local supports and a whole lot of fun is promised, there’s no work Friday, so there’s no excuses accepted. Get dressed up and join the Road to Ska Nation! The Prophets Of Impending Doom have been added to the line up!
