Where will the Rob Thomas performance be held?
Rob Thomas’s performance at Eastland will be held on Level One, Central Mall, near Commonwealth Bank.

Level 1, Central Mall, outside Commonwealth Bank. Customers wishing to view Rob’s performance on Level one, Central Mall near Commonwealth Bank will be required to have purchased Rob Thomas’s new CD Chip Tooth Smith prior to lining up. Wristbands will be provided to customers within this area. Secondary viewing areas will be available on Level 2, Central Mall, near Laurent and Ringwood Town Square Level 3 on the large screen. Please note this event will be based on first in best dressed.

When and What Time?
Wednesday 1st May at 1pm. Rob Thomas will be performing a few songs from his new album Chip Tooth Smile, following by a signing of his Chip Tooth Smile CD.

Are there any age restrictions?
This is an all ages event!

How do I gain access to meet & greet with Rob Thomas?
In order to meet and greet Rob Thomas, customers must purchase Rob’s new album Chip Tooth Smile from JB HiFi prior to the event. Staff onsite during the morning of the event will direct you to the appropriate line up area for the meet and greet. Rob will have limited time in the afternoon, however he will sign as many CDs as possible.

Will there be a specific area for wheelchair access?
There will be a dedicated wheel chair access area to the left side of the stage, and staff will be on hand throughout Eastland to assist with directions to this area. We thank our Eastland community for their patience and cooperation during this exciting event.

Can I use my own camera at Rob’s CD signing?
Yes, please bring your own camera or phone for photos.

Can I bring a personal item into the meet and greet for Rob Thomas to sign?
Unfortunately, Rob Thomas will not have time to sign any personal items.

What time will Eastland open? Can I sleep out/line up overnight?
Eastland will open at 6am on 1 May. For the safety of all our Eastland community, we will not be permitting attendees to line prior to this opening time.
